Before you decide on which tent to rent for your upcoming party or another type of special event, there are several factors that you should keep in mind so that you can choose the best product for your needs.

Choosing the Best Party Tent for Your Upcoming Party

As you are planning a special event or party, you may plan on renting a party tent to accommodate your guests. Party tents are a great way to provide shade and some shelter. They also create an aesthetically appealing outdoor living space for the event. As you plan for a tent rental in Las Vegas, keep these three features in mind so that you can choose the best tent for your event.

Seating Capacity

Before deciding which party tent to rent, you will need to have a good idea of the number of guests that you will be hosting. Most tents have a seating capacity within a certain range. If you expect to have 100 guests, plan to select a tent that can accommodate up to 10 percent more in case of overflow and to ensure that everyone has enough space.

Seating Arrangements

If your party will involve one or more tables of food, a special table for a cake, a guest of honor table or other designated areas, keep these features in mind when making your choice. Using tables under your tent means that fewer people will fit under the same amount of space compared to if you simply used rows of chairs. A special event planner may be able to help you determine the best configuration for the type of seating and other designated areas that your party requires.

Walls

Another feature of event tents is their wall length. Some tents have short extensions that hang down from the roof line by one to two feet. Others have full-length walls that extend to the ground. Some of the tent walls offer transparent windows with decorative effects such as scrolls. A tent with walls does a good job of muffling sound and keeping the wind away from your guests.
