Enjoy Some Private Time During Any Tradeshow

somewise Setting up at a Vegas tradeshow or trade event is the best way to show a new product to a large group of people and to get people excited about buying or selling that product. Between the time you spend in front of your booth and the time you spend on the floor though, you may feel that you don’t have any time for yourself. You can find some easy ways to get some privacy and recharge your batteries.

Bring Other Reps

The only people who think they can handle a Vegas tradeshow on their own are those who never attended one before. You need to have at least one other worker with you who can watch over the booth while you take a break, even if it’s just a quick trip to the bathroom. The more people you have on your team, the more you can spread out the work too.

Create a Break Room

Whether you work in an office, a retail shop or any other type of business, you likely have a break room in the back. You can create the same type of space in the back of your booth with some pipe and drape Las Vegas methods. Piping and draping refers to the way you hang fabric around the booth. You can use fabric to create storage space beneath your tables and to set aside a small area near the back that you can use for some privacy.

Schedule Shifts

Scheduling shifts is a great way to make sure that no one person spends too much time in your tradeshow booth. You can divide shifts into chunks of two to four hours at a time and give reps the chance to take a short break between shifts. Taking some private time for yourself helps you rest and feel ready to conquer any Vegas trade event.
